Deconstructed Shapes

An analysis of texture, the Deconstructed Shapes showcase how ink behaves when on a highly textural background. Employing our Nepalese paper as a substrate, a single shape is silkscreened on the surface to form the composition. The fibers in the paper cast shadows, accentuating the rough surface, while the ink fills in the divots in the paper, leaving the colored area with less dimension. In neutral colors of grey, white, and gold, this set of silkscreens will complement any interior with their natural materials and geometric shapes. Our hand-finished walnut frames add warmth and connect the three artworks as a trio. Hang the three together above a sofa or console to create an interplay of form and texture.
