Employing acrylic paint and colored pencil, the Organic Abstracts Collection creates texture and dimension with overlapping forms, lines, and brushstrokes. Expressive lines of pencil carve through the layers of paint, revealing new colors underneath. The varying minimal and complex compositions interact and mirror one another, creating patterns of repeated shapes and marks.
