ALEXANDER

Alexander Rose employs a minimalist approach to capturing the essence of modern architecture and landscapes. Trained at the esteemed School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, Alexander employs innovative techniques, utilizing a customized camera tailored for heightened light sensitivity and enhanced with specialized infrared filters. This unique approach enables them to craft visually captivating photographs that resonate deeply with today's discerning interior designers.

Alexander's work is distinguished by its precise composition that seamlessly integrates with modern interior spaces. With a subtle interplay of shadow and light, these images exude a timeless sophistication, making them an ideal choice for designers seeking to elevate their projects and enhance the aesthetic of modern interior spaces.

Similar to the cameras used in astrophotography, Alexander’s camera has its camera sensor filter removed, enabling the camera to detect the full light spectrum. Having the full spectrum available to the sensor allows for the use of specialized light filters, such as the custom infrared filter Alexander uses which is designed to block light below a certain wavelength. Before the images are converted to black and white, they are shades of violet, blue, green, yellow, orange, and red.
